Beautifully carved walnut Italian cigar cabinet. The 4 door front is carved with flowers and urns surrounding large losenges, one says CUBANO, the other SIGARS on each of the top doors; the canted corners have very 3 dimensionally carved men and cherubs the entire height of the cabinet. The interior is oak. The bottom is fitted for larger quantities of cigars and each section is fitted with a very secure bar lock. The maker's name G.S. Tedeschi, Firenze appears on a silver plated label.
